Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 21, 2026
Refund and Cancellation Policy
At EDENWEX, we strive to provide high-quality consulting services, professional learning experiences, assessments, and digital resources. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled.
Consulting Services
Consultation appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled meeting without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be considered forfeited unless otherwise approved by EDENWEX.
If EDENWEX must cancel or reschedule a consultation, clients will be offered a new appointment at no additional charge.
District Consulting Engagements
Consulting contracts with schools, districts, or organizations are governed by the terms outlined in the signed service agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in the agreement:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Scheduled work may be rescheduled with mutual agreement.
- Completed consulting work is non-refundable.
Online Courses
Enrollment in ElliMac™ online courses provides immediate access to proprietary educational content.
Because digital access is granted immediately, course purchases are generally non-refundable.
If technical issues prevent access, EDENWEX will make reasonable efforts to restore access before considering alternative remedies.
Digital Downloads
All digital products, including toolkits, templates, assessments, workbooks, guides, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable once purchased.
Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Memberships
If EDENWEX introduces recurring memberships or subscriptions in the future:
- Memberships may be canceled at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future billing.
- Payments already processed are not refunded unless required by law.
Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. Most concerns can be resolved quickly.
